• You are personally responsible for (already paid) transport costs.
• If your order contained a free gift, you do not have to return the gift.

• Every item must be returned in its original packing, un-used, complete and in the same condition as it left our store.
• Non-prepaid or COD shipments will be refused. If your items are damaged, the shipping costs will be refunded.
• Abnormal refunds or abuse: OUTFIT bvba reserves the right to refuse your next order.

Products not eligible for return:

• Custom-made or custom-tailored items (e.g. trousers made specifically to your size) 
• Embroidered or printed items (with your logo/text)
• Damaged or soiled items (by customer) and worn clothing.
• Items whose packaging is not the original, or incomplete items.
• Items damaged by negligence, misuse or repair by others or yourself.
• The above items remain in the possession of OUTFIT bvba and will be paid by the customer.

You may return your item(s) to the following return adress:

• Software: Illustrator CS4 (and previous) and Photoshop CS4 (and previous).
• If you order a large format, it is important to deliver a high resolution image/logo.
• Images need to be delivered in high resolution! (minimum 300dpi)
• We recommend to sharpen al logos and text with vector software (such as Adobe Illustrator). The vector drawings can be enlarged without losing quality.
• If you do not have a vectorized file of your logo, we can create one for you at a rate of € 15 per quarter
